I want to help build a society with vibrant ecosystems, equitable human development, and strong practical protections for animal welfare.

I'm happiest when I'm in the field, but my strengths are in prioritization, strategic thinking, research design, and communication. I'm particularly interested in making ethics central to conservation, rigorous monitoring and evaluation, and influencing policy.

I just finished five years as WWF India's national lead for elephant conservation. I am now moving back home and looking for opportunities in the US.
