I want to help build a society with vibrant ecosystems, equitable human development, and strong practical protections for animal welfare.

I'm happiest when I'm in the field, but my strengths are in prioritization, strategic thinking, research design, and communication. I'm particularly interested in finding solutions that can scale-up to help as many people and animals as possible.​

I currently serve as the senior fellow for alternative proteins at Conservation X Labs. I am also a member of the IUCN Asian Elephant Specialist Group. I previously served as the national lead for elephant conservation at WWF India, before which I was AAAS science-policy fellow at the US Agency for International Development.
